After building and exiting America’s fastest-growing women’s health and fitness company, Kaelin Poulin is returning to the industry with the company that coached her through a health comeback of her own.

After making a fitness comeback of her own as a Supra Human client, she will now lead more high-performing women through the same coaching approach that helped her.

At 19, Kaelin lost 65 pounds, beginning a transformation that would shape much of what came next. She later became an IFBB Pro, earning her Pro Card in just two shows and setting a world record. Her journey in health and fitness eventually led to LadyBoss, the company she built alongside her husband, Brandon. Together, they grew LadyBoss to serve more than 700,000 women and reach No. 4 on the 2019 Inc. 5000 and No. 1 among B2C companies in America.

After selling LadyBoss, Kaelin stepped away from the industry to focus on homeschooling their children. Years later, after the birth of their third child, she found herself looking for a coach again.

Through each of her first two pregnancies, Kaelin gained and lost roughly 60 pounds, working with a coach each time. After her third, nearly two years passed before she hired a coach again. She didn’t need more information about training or nutrition. She needed structure, accountability and an outside perspective that could make fitness work within the life she was living now.
