Shadmoor Advisors Expands into Southwest Florida with Appointment of Industry Veteran Mitchell Clayton as Director

SOUTHPORT, CT, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Shadmoor Advisors, Inc., a leading U.S.-based operational due diligence (ODD) consulting firm serving the alternative investment community, today announced its expansion into Southwest Florida and the appointment of industry veteran Mitchell (“Mitch”) Clayton as Director, advancing the firm’s geographic reach and team growth.

Mitch joined Shadmoor Advisors as Director in September 2026, bringing more than two decades of investment industry experience. She previously served as a Director at The Rohatyn Group, having joined in 2019, following other senior ODD roles at Lazard Asset Management, Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) and UBP Asset Management. Earlier in her career, she was an equity research analyst at Suffolk Capital Management. Mitch is a CFA and CAIA charterholder. She earned a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
